It is then harvested by hand in the Hawaiian tradition to preserve all of nature's gift. Unlike many companies that process nearly the entire noni plant, we use only the pulp of fresh noni fruit. No fallen fruit, seeds, bark or leaves are ever used.
Our Noni ripens fully within containers and by gravity the juice drips from the fruit. The juice then goes through filters and is aged. We have a special way to process filtration to ensure that color and potency are consistent at all times.
In 1994 Mr. Herbert Moniz was granted a U.S. Pharmaceutical Patent for his unique dehydration process that turns our pure Noni juice into 100% pure Noni powder, thus eliminating it's pungent odor and taste making it easier for consumption. This unique patented process preserves the essential and medically important enzymes that many Universities and hospitals are now studying as a possible cure for cancer.
